Staff is always amazing. I arrived late to get breakfast on Christmas day, I asked what time breakfast began and realized I was really late as I was getting coffee the lady cleaning asked if I wanted to get cereal or yogurt. This was one of the reasons we stay at this hotel. She didn't have to be hospitable. On the day we checked out i forgot a bag of shoes. The manager shipped them overnight. Thank you staff members unknown

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff maintained the cleanliness of the buffet area throughout breakfast time. The hotel was incredibly clean. Otherwise, everything was great! Good value for the money, VERY clean, and walking distance to Round Rock Express and nearby sports bars.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast could not have been better! The room was clean and well maintained. It was the best LQ I have stayed in for quite some time.

From start to finish, this hotel gets an A+ in our books! Staff (Jessica, Samantha, & AJ) were incredibly welcoming, helpful, & amiable. We were not concerned for the safety of ourselves or our vehicle. Tons of eateries are near hotel, as well as Dell Stadium is within walking distance.

Bright floor plan. I loved the breakfast variety. And the cleanliness is great but there was a must odor in 4rth floor. And the lotions in bathroom were half used. Otherwise I got a 20% coupon for Kalahari so that was EXCELLENT ;))

New hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Despite being right off the highway,the room was quiet and managed a good nights rest.

went for one night to attend funeral but service was cancelled due to ice on roads. I was forced to extend my stay for an extra night and your staff was very accomodating.

The property is very clean. Nice and friendly, the guy at the front desk AJ, is very nice, questions or concerns he is very hands on. He makes your stay worth coming back, the way he shows how concern he is. Guy at the bar very nice guy, friendly as well. New lady I met very nice. The manger was very nice. Jessica was nice as well.

All staff was very friendly. The lobby Kbar is always great. Dennis and Jon are always a pleasure and take great care of you.

My friend and I came to stay for a dance convention. My expectations were low but I have to say we were both blown away by the hotel. Our other friends stayed at Kalahari down the road and had so many issues including uncomfortable beds. We didn’t have that issue. We slept like rocks and were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and smelled so good. The price was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Hotel staff was amazing. Will definitely return!
